Beta · Network monitoring

Know what's down before your customers do.

On-site network monitoring for any operator that depends on the internet. When the network goes sideways, the costly part is not the outage, it is not knowing what broke or who to call. HopWarden watches the services your business depends on and answers both on one screen, before your customers notice.

A glance instead of a guessing game

If a service fails, its ring turns red and an alert names the problem.

The screen shows a status ring for each monitored service, refreshed with every probe. Outage and recovery hold thresholds prevent false alarms: one dropped packet will not trigger an alert, and a service is marked down only after confirmed probe failures.

One-way by design. Data flows from your station outward and nothing on the internet can open a connection back.
No IT staff needed. It ships configured and draws its own screen.
Every site in one multi-tenant fleet dashboard.

7 inch on-counter monitor

The HopWarden counter screen: six status rings, five green and one
red. Card Pay reads DOWN with 100 percent loss while the internet
ring reads OK at 12 ms, and a correlation line calls it an isolated
                  service outage.

The on-site screen, drawn by the device itself: Card Pay is down, the internet is fine. Service names are operator-defined examples.
