Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This policy explains what the MAH7 / HopWarden website (www.mah7.com) collects when you visit it, why, and what we do with it. We keep data collection deliberately small: there are no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, and no visitor tracking on this site.

What we collect

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is a small timestamp in local storage, used to rate-limit repeated form submissions. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

Third parties who process this data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors above and where required by law.

How long we keep it

Server logs are rotated automatically and retained only for as long as they are useful for security and operations, then deleted. Information from the form or from email is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which it is removed on request or when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@mah7.com and we will respond. You can also simply choose not to submit the form; browsing the site requires no personal details from you.

About the HopWarden software. This policy covers the website only. The HopWarden sensor software you install on your own network has its own data handling, described in its product documentation and at the point of install — it is not governed by this page.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its “last updated” date above.
