Running it yourself

You can also buy the components outright.

We will sell you the hardware ready to run, and the software is open source either way. Nothing here is locked. If you have the time and the inclination, running it in-house is a reasonable choice.

What you take on.

The target's USB enumeration, EDID quirks, and the cabling. Our own numbers dropped to single digits on a bad cable and a slow switch port before we found it, and the parts either side of the interface mattered more than we expected. The keyboard layout is US-only at present. None of it is difficult; all of it takes time.

Either way you get

The same daemon, the same authenticated JSON API and the same MCP tools.
Open source software under Apache-2.0, so there is nothing to renew and nothing that stops working if we do.
Hardware you can buy from us prepared, or source yourself and flash.
The measurement method, so you can take the same numbers we take.
